As per your query you have symptoms of cystic acne on face which is severest form of acne. Pimple occur when a pore in your skin gets clogged, usually with dead skin cells. Sometimes bacteria get trapped inside the pore, too, causing the area to become red and swollen.
The biggest factor causing acne is the hormonal change during puberty , androgen hormones stimulate more sebum to be produced and a greater amount of skin cells to proliferate.
Exfoliate gently once or twice a day with a salicylic acid-based exfoliant .
Apply benzoyl peroxide cream or gel for killing the bacteria in the pore .
Wash your face using a mild soap or cleanser and lukewarm water .
If condition doesn't improve in a week then consult dermatologist for proper diagnosis .
