I was diagnosed with Ankylosing Spondylitis 40 years ago when I was 17. I ve recently been diagnosed with degenerative disc disease in my lower neck. I ve been able to control the pain fairly well through the years with Naproxen and other anti-inflammatories until recently. No joints have fused?? other than the SA joints but now because of my occupation as a grain farmer I m experiencing more pain especially in my lower neck and thorasic area. I m interested in knowing whether stem cell treatments could provide relief for my condition and also which type of stem cells as my daughter is about to have a baby so I would have access to embryonic stem cells ?
