Suggest Treatment For Delayed Menstrual Periods And Back Pain

Hi there.
I'm 19 and I haven't had my period since January but I am still receiving period symptons such as back pains and a lot of discharge. I am definitely not pregnant as I am not sexually active. I've spent time researching possible problems and some say it could be because of weight problems. I am 5'8" and 10 stone exactly, giving me a BMI of around 20 which is a normal weight so I don't see how that would be the problem. I did lose around a stone near the end of last year but purely from healthy eating and it didn't affect my period then. I appreciate it could be because of stress levels but some suggested the causes were underlying health problems which is concerning me somewhat. I'm not really sure what to do. Any advice would really be appreciated. Thanks.
