General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
Thanks for posting in HCM.
First possibility to be ruled out with delayed menstruation is 'pregnancy'.
Some of the symptoms also relate to pregnancy. Since the pregnancy test in urine has come out negative, kindly get the following tests done:
1. Blood for beta-HCG levels.
2. Trans-vaginal ultrasound scan of pelvis.
This will tell weather your symptoms are related to pregnancy or any other cause.
Kindly consult Gynecologist in this regard for advise.
All the best.
