Hi and welcome to HCM. Rejumet conatins methycobalamin 750mcg which is vitamin B12. Ubiphene contains clomiphene which helps in ovulation. First keep in mind that women suffering from PCOD will take time to conceive and this time varies in different individuals, dont expect to happen over night. I have no idea why your doctor has prescribed your wife rejumet. The periods in PCOD women will be irregular due to hormonal imbalance. Please have patience and consult a fertility specialist for proper evaluation and treatment. If your wife is obese then its better cut down weight. All the best, Regards
