Suggest Treatment For Depression And Anxiety Post PTSD

Looking for acceptable depression anxiety medication take metformin 2times a day for mild diabetes ,clonidine for high blood pressure Socorro for cholesterol currently on generic cymbalta 30 mg 1 pill 2 times a day if I take two they make me sick. First tried Fetzima made me sick throwing up diareadidn finish bottle. Have had a double mastectomy knee replacement shoulder cuff repair all in last 5 years PTSD from all the stress. Any input would be helpful.

both fetzima and cymbalta are known to give nausea,vomiting and sick feeling.there are other options like using ssris that are free from such side effects. fluoxetine has proven to be most effective drug. even taking prazosin at night helps improving sleep pattern. undergo psychotherapy.
