Suggest Treatment For Depression And Concentration Difficulty
I want to talk about depression I always feel guilty. feels that I am always wrong and others are right. I feel helpless and hopeless and difficulty in making decisions. Can t concentrate on things. my mood changes without any reasons. I get short tempered and many more.. I want to know that is this depression? If so what I can do to overcome this?
The feeling of guilt, helplessness and hopeless, together with the problems with concentration and mood changes can be from depression. Depression is a diagnosed if these symptoms last more than 2 weeks so if it is more than 2 weeks you are experiencing these then you might need to get treatment for it.
SSRI drugs like citalopram or sertraline can be taken. A doctor needs to prescribe one of these drugs and regular follow up with the doctor is needed during the treatment. Psychotherapy might be helpful as well to help you handle stress and thoughts and help improve the symptoms.
I hope this answers your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
