General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

I would advise you to take him for few sessions of psychological counselling followed by a review by a psychiatrist for further advice and medication if required. The issues which you are facing with him are quite resolvable. You can search for such counselling centers online which are near your residence.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Anoop Kumar, General & Family Physician
