Suggest Treatment For Depression

what is really the difference in depression and anxiety? age 61, wt. 380, diabetes for 36 years without good control, diabetic kidney disease, diabetic retinapathy, with low vision in one eye, congestive heart failure, neurapathy in feet and severe neurapathy in hands with much loss of dexterity with much and constant finger and hand pain. I think I was depressed even as a child. I been taking antidepressants most of my adult life, No shrink...can not afford one. Thanks so much!

Such a fear is carried by everyone in the world. Depression is extreme sadness and inability to be mobile. In your case, your physical problems are the cause for your depression. Physical problems also brings on anxiety about future. Your current treatment should be good. You may request your physician for an intervention by Psychologist / psychiatrist.
