I went through your details. Hypothyroidism has become pretty normal a endocrine problem. The treatment is very much successful. Even MD Medicine physician handle the case successfully. You may approach such a physician as an initial step and further he will refer you to endocrinologist if he feels it necessary. Exercise, meditation, awareness and psychotherapy can help you regain yourself. Also be outside in the sun for atleast 30 minutes every day. You can have three 10 minutes exposure rather than continuous 30 minutes.
If you still need my assistance in this regard, please use this link. http://goo.gl/aYW2pR. Please remember to describe the whole problem with full detail.
Hope this answers your query. Available for further clarifications. Good luck.
