i am diagnosed to have GAD with major depression
i had taken cipralex..antideppressant for 4 years..and tapered the dose on the advise of my doctor.then i started feeling confused,anxious and depressed again.now i stopped cipralex and started homeopathic medicine for it.i dont find any improvment.could you please suggest me

I think, you have relapse of symptoms. In that case, you need to restart treatment. You can start with cipralex as in last episode you improved with same drug.That would help to control depression as well as anxiety symptoms. Better to discuss with your psychiatrist about the treatment plan. In case, you need further help, you can ask.
