Hello there, From the test results it is evident that you are a diabetic and definitely need to be on treatment. Start with changing your diet habits. stop all sweets and sugars, jaggery or honey. Reduce carbohydrate content of your meals. For now dont eat any fruits till sugars are under control. Include lots of vegetables and salads in every meal. Lean meat is also good if taken in moderate amounts. Start some moderate form of exercise (gradually if you have never done it before) To tell you regarding your medicines you need to be thoroughly examined and depending on whether you have any other symptoms of high blood sugars it can be decided whether you need oral medicines or insulin. So do visit a diabetologist who can guide you through the process. Do not delay anymore as your sugars are quite high and earlier you start the therapy easier to control the sugars. Hope this helps. Take care.
