Suggest Treatment For Diabetes

I hope you can give me some information regarding having diabetes... right now for over six months or maybe more.. I am taking metforman once a day in the morning. I have been asked to stop eating white bread, and to start eating whole wheat... My counts are running between 125 and the highest has been between130and 135.. Is there any reason that I need to be worried about anything... These readings were from before we have moved here to Greenville, but there have not been much of any change since we ve moved here. I d would like to know what your opinion and concerns might be... I appreciate it to hear what you would advise... Thank you for your information what I should do if anything... Sincerely, YYYY@YYYY Is there any money charge for this.. I don t much money to pay for this as I am on retirement income...
