Suggest Treatment For Diarrhea And Nausea
Whenever I wake up I'm shaky, jittery and very nauseous. I've had 3 rounds of blood work and the Dr. still didn't see anything. It does seem to ease a little as the day wears on. I have had some experiences with Vertigo. No vomiting but i have had diarrhea off and on for a week and some dry heaving. Please help!

You have not mentioned whether you have vertigo while changing position. The symptoms mentioned by you are usually seen in Benign Paroxysmal Positional Vertigo. In this condition blood investigations are usually normal. It would be of great help if you have mentioned whether you are on medication or not and whether you are suffering from any other condition.
