Suggest Treatment For Difficulty In Getting Proper Sleep
Hi my name is ramesh i am 29 yrs old and i have been suffering from sleep problem for the past 8 yrs approx.it is very difficult for me to fall asleep and also its been ages since i had a deep sleep .i am awake in my sleep as well and keep thinking about something or the other and i tried to stop thinking but again it works for some days and then again the normal routine.i am planning to consult a doctor i dont know what to do and its affecting my health adversely in all the ways like memory loss,weight increase although i eat the same as normal people .please help me
Hi thanks for asking question. First avoid stress . Just now start zolpidem for induction of sleep. Do yoga.take milk at night. Do 1 hour regular exercise. After approx.month we will stop zolpidem. Till now don't think too much. Engage yourself in activities like watching tv, playing outdoor games etc. I hope you will follow my instructions. Thanks
