Hello, I came on a trip to Brasil from the U.S. This is my first visit to this country. When I arrived on Tuesday morning I felt fine then as the day went on I had some food and drank some alcohol. The following morning I felt a sharp pain in the right side of my back and had trouble breathing. I notice that every time I eat I get the same reaction. My pain started on the upper right side of my back near my lung and began moving down through my ribs and into my stomach muscle which began contracting very painfully. Can you help me diagnose these symptoms.
