Suggest Treatment For Discoloration Around Urethra And Penis

Hello, I have been noticing a discoloration around my urethra. I have a rather darker brown penis and the discoloration resembles a lighter brown penny, which actually is the size of the spot that is discolored. I urinate just fine but I do sometimes feel a little discomfort inside the tip of my penis randomly.
