Suggest Treatment For Dizziness And Profuse Sweating

when I woke up this morning, I went upstairs to bathroom, there I felt light headed and sweaty. Lay down on bed, felt better and normal after a few minutes. I am 59, male, in good shape. Had a similar, but lesser intense experience to this two weeks ago. Feel fine now.

it might be a false vertigo. i would also suggest a through ENT check up before arriving at that conclusion either.
