Suggest Treatment For Dizziness And Short Term Memory Issues

Hello, I am 57 yrs. old, and occasionally (once every 3-4 mos. approximatiely), I experience a slight light headed or dizziness along with short-term memory loss (even names of family members or good friends and passwords to accounts I ve been using for yrs. or mos.). It usually lasts for anywhere between a few minutes to an hour or so, and then I am fine for months or more. What could it be? Thank you
