Suggest Treatment For Dizziness, Numb Hands, Lightheadedness And Hot Flashes

hi my name is Blarnca Mendoza I have been feeling sick for the past 5days. Im dizzy my hands are numb i get light headed clammy hot flashes. Dizzy even in my sleep I tried eating, drink lots of water and nothing seems to work I try to go to work today I got really clamy and almost passed out and got nausea. plus my ears won t stop ringing. Please help me I don t know what to do.

Hello,

You are experiencing dizziness, numb hands, light headedness and hot flashes. You are even getting clammy at times. You have ringing in your ears. You are suggested to take rest, do not drive or do any heavy work. Take Vertin-16, one tablet two times a day to ease dizziness.

You are suggested to get clinically examined by an ENT, get audiology test, imaging test and a few other required investigations done to detect Vertigo, partial or complete ear drum rupture or any other pathology that is causing you discomfort. You will be treated accordingly. Stay away from addictions if any. Get treated at the earliest.
