Suggest Treatment For Dizziness With Bloody Stool And Sputum

i am 32 years old and had been experiencing weakness on my arms, tiredness on my back and dizziness. my left eye often gets very tired Last mid april, i had stools accompanied with fresh blood when it come out. on the next few days, blood was not fresh anymore but forms like a line in the stool itself. i have hemorrhoids for long time now but i am not sure if it was related to that. this is the first time i experience fresh blood coming out in bigger amount. i had x-rays of my chest, abdomen and spine, also ct scan of my brain and doctor says normal. Last saturday, i had MRI and i am still waiting for the results today. Now, i see also little spots of blood in my sputum when i woke up one morning. Doctor told me that it was due to my bleeding nose during sleep. I am known to always have bleeding nose. Could this be the cause of blood in sputum? What do you think is my ? Pls give me an advice on my next move.
