I AM 51 YEARS OLD WEIGHT 285 TAKE HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE MEDICINE ALSO I AM A DIABETIC i HAD A HYSTERECTOMY WHEN I WAS 30 AND AT 31 GAINED 50LBS IN A MONTH AND HAVE BEEN GAINING EVER SINCE i WATCH WHAT I EAT MAINLY A HEART HEALTHY DIET AS THAT IS WAHT WE ATE GROWING UP i HAVE HAD NOSE/THROAT SURGERY ALSO EYE SUGERY FOE DISC ADEMEA I HAVE BAD KNEES AND TRY TO WALK AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE I HAVE TRIED MANY DIETS THAT HAVE NOT WORKED AND ALSO TRIED DIET PILLS THAT ACTUALLY MADE ME EAT MORE IAM NOW TRYING PGX TO SEE IF THIS WILL HELP BUT AM HAVING SOME DIZZYNESS I TAKE ME SUGAR AND IT IS WITHIN NORMAL RANGR USUALLY ABOUT 88 TO 110 AND MY BLOOD PRESSURE IS USUALLY 98-115/82-69. I JUST TOOK MY BLOOD PRESSURE AND HAD A PULSE RATE OF 44 BLOOD PRESSURE WAS 99/69 SHOULD I BE REALLY CONCERNED ABOUT THIS OR JUST KEEP AN EYE ON IT FOR NOW I HAVE A DOCTORS APPOINTMENT RIGHT AFTER THE 4TH
