Suggest Treatment For Double Vision And Droopy Eyelids

Hi, I just suffered from Third Cerebral Nerve Palsy last week causing my eyelid to sag and droop. I m not able to lift my eyelid. Drooping of my eyelid, eyeball moves outward, and dilation of my pupil, I m seeing double vision and dizzy. Do you recommend any VITAMIN Supplement that may help me?

Based on the history you have shared, you need to have a neurologist review and CT or MRI or orbit and face as well as cranial nerves as treatment will depend on the cause.

If any signs of compression is found may need surgical correction, but other causes like diabetes etc should be ruled out.

Sometimes steroid pulse is also needed if any inflammatory cause is found. Using supplements for folic acid and B12 may be needed if levels are found to be low. Wishing you a speedy recovery. Regards
