Suggest Treatment For Double Vision When Diagnosed With Ocular Myasthenia Gravis

I am diagnosis with ocular myasthenia 20 days back. I am having myeatin 60 mg morning evening. Doctor has increased dose for 3 times a day as my double vision does not go away at all despite my intake of medicines. Getting an MRI done today and CTC SCAN next week. If I don t respond to the medicine the doctor will give me steroids. Is that ok if I don t reapond to medicine? For now i only have ptosis and double vision.
