Hello,

Since post mild head injury you are getting symptoms of dizziness, vision problems and soreness of left eyes, you are suggested to get clinically examined by a GP to detect any internal injury or trauma that is causing the symptoms. Get blood tests & Imaging tests (CT, MRI) done. Post concussion trauma may cause dizziness for weeks or months if left neglected.

Your treating GP may refer you to an Eye specialist. Sometimes, the sight issue resolves by itself but if it does not you may need vision rehabilitation and the problem in focusing requires to get fixed with the help of lenses (bifocals, etc). If dizziness is due to developing vertigo, you are suggested not to do any heavy work or drive any vehicle.

You should take physical and cognitive rest. Taking anti-vertigo or anti-nausea medications will give you relieve. For pain you can take acetaminophen, one sos when required. Get investigations done to detect any major injury. Get treated at the earliest.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
