Hello sir My sister is deaf n dumb by birth she is not able to hear anthing....yet she speaks mama papa by lips reading of others....is there any cure for her?...we have taken her to mumbai allahabad varansi lucknow...the doctors of mumbai declared that dis disease is uncurable....is there any cure for her in this 21st century.?
