Hi, Looking at your symptoms, you might be suffering from inflammation in your ear-canal and throat resulting in inflammation of lymph nodes in your neck. You need to take antibiotic (like Cefixime), Analgesic (like Ibuprofen), Antacid (like Rantac), Vitamin tablet containing B-complex and vitamin C. Your doctor has prescribed you the following medication-Flonase-It is a Sseroid spray used in case of allergy and Clarinex is an antihistaminic tablet which is also used in case of allergy. You may not need these medication, as looking at your symptoms, there is no sign of allergy. Also do warm saline gargles. Avoid self cleaning your ear with anything and avoid water going inside ear.
