Suggest Treatment For Ear Infection And Fever

My son is 23 months old. The pediatrician prescribed amoxicillin for 10 days. Today is day 9. He has not missed a dose. It was prescribed for an ear infection. He had fever as high as 102.4 the first day. No fever since then. His fever has spiked back up to 102 today. Should I take him to an urgent care since he s already on an antibiotic or wait through the weekend. He s very fatigued also. I m not sure what to do. He s my only child.
