my ear feels numb inside, almost like the feeling when u put your finger inside your ear. when swiveling my head or tilting downwards it feels blocked. and sometimes get the sensation like the feeling of water in my ear depending on which way i move my head

If this symptom is not from a long duration, then it may be due to ear infection. take steam regularly with caravol plus, and see if it improves. Otherwise you need further investigations
