Pediatrician 's  Response
Hi,

There is a chance of tympanic membrane rupture / perforation. Kindly take him to ENT specialist immediately. This need examination of ear canal and ear drum, as a perforated ear drum may need to be re-positioned and fixed. Meanwhile, give him paracetamol for pain relief.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Muhammed Aslam T. K., Pediatrician
