Hello It seems from the history that your 5 year old son is having red eyes, fever, sore throat with ear pain. These symptoms indicate upper respiratory tract infection with infection of the eyes in the form of acute conjunctivitis. The treatment of the condition is by use of antibiotic eye drops for eye infection and treatment of the respiratory tract infection by use of antibiotics and anti-inflammatory drugs. Hence I advice you to consult your doctor for examination and treatment accordingly.
