Suggest Treatment For Ear Pain With Bleeding
Age 40 years, height 65cm, 58kg Have infection in right side ear,14.08.2010consulted Dr. J.P. Masta at shahdol - Ear cleanedmedicine given and relef felt.30.03.2011 Pain in Right side ear, again cionsulted with Dr. Mastas Medicine given get relef. Reprted hole in ear drum. 12.04.2011 25.5.2011 Again consulted with Doctor medicine given and advice to operate the ear to reapir hoe in ear drum. Current status - Frequent pain in bleeding in the ear. Please guide to get permanent relief or precautions to be taken to keep ear in good condition.

Hi,
Perforation in ear can be a cause of pain and bleeding from ear and there can be recurring episodes of infection in ear causing pain and bleeding.
In case if you have a hole in the eardrum then at times small holes gets healed on its own with taking antibiotics oral as well as ear drops.
But in case if it does not heal then better consult an ENT Surgeon and get evaluated and a clinical examination can be done and if the hole needs to be repaired then Tympanoplasty procedure can be done.
Along with it avoid excessive moisture exposure to the ear, avoid sudden exposure to loud sounds and do not put anything inside the ear.
