Suggest Treatment For Earache And Hearing Loss In Ear

About 5 years ago I was teaching swimming lessons and I got swimmers ear. The fluid behind my ear drum and infection along with it. I have had nonstop trouble with that ear since. It drains all the time and inside my ear is raw and often bleeds because the skin is so raw. I suffer from some hearing loss in the ear. It itches and aches often. Right now It aches so bad I can't even chew and almost feels like my jaw is infected. I have visited my local doctor several times for this issue and It never seems to get better only worse. HELP!
