Hello,
You could take antibiotics and steroids to decrease the inflammation .The fluid behind the ear drum will get resolved and decrease the fluid by draining the fluid through the eustachian tube. The eustachian tube connects the middle part of ear and opens at the back of nose .
The fluid gets drained in the throat slowly.
But still if not resolved you could get the grommet inserted in the ears. for ventilating the middle part of ear.
In doubt do reply.
