Suggest Treatment For Edema On Feet With Congenital Lymphadema

Hi my son is 4 months old, he was diagnosed with congenital lymphadema in his feet when he was born, which they later changed to edema. They have checked him out for Noonans which they are now sure he does not have. The edema in his feet has gone down slightly, however I am wondering if this will disappear, I notice when he stands on his feet that it looks like he is putting a lot of pressure on them. I was just wondering if you could suggest anything to treat this condition and would an osteopath help?
