General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

As per my clinical experience, the diagnosed condition of endometritis needs specific care in various clinical aspects. First of all, when the intensity of the pain is out of proportion, I particularly advise to admit the patient in Indoor department for better observation and management accordingly.
- Supportive intravenous fluids
- Best analgesic as opioids or others
- Tramadol hydrochloride and hyocimax are best pain relievers as well
- Danazol as hormone modulator
- Leuprolide (GnRH agonist) in severe cases
- Surgery is the last resort for laparoscopic removal followed by hormone therapy to prevent recurrence

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
