Hi...
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns...

As per your complain enlarged circumvallate papilla seems to be related to your allergies and sinusitis problem as in both these conditions there seems to be an inflammation and swelling in the circumvallate papillae..You should consult an Otolaryngologist and get evaluated and allergies can also precipitate sinusitis and you need to get trested for it..
He can advise you to take anti-allergics like Levocetrizine or benadryl, steam inhalations and steroid nasal sprays..
For enlarged papillae you can gargle with soda bicarb solution, gargle with a numbing mouthwash to relieve pain, gargle with 1:1 solution of benadryl and milk of magnesia will help..
Take Ibuprofen, suck ice pops and avoid spicy food..

Hope this information helps..

Thanks and regards.
