Suggest Treatment For Erectile Dysfunction And Back Pain During Intercourse

I am mid 50's and generally healthy & active. Was on the receiving end of 50 MPH impact in a June 2011 car accident. Left hip (IT band) injured and painful; I have received therapy & continue. However, lower back pain has emerged into my body in recent months. Problem I face --- ED -- I have no problem with a strong erection when laying beside my wife (passion is strong also); BUT almost 100% of the time, after I mount and insert from the top, I go soft after 15 to 30 seconds; I have no feeling in penis area, despite being ravenous for sex. Married 30+ years and this has never happened before. Feels like someone is cutting off blood flow. Any ideas ? I am trying to see a specialist within a month. My back hurts during intercourse.
