Suggest Treatment For Erectile Dysfunction With Diabetes
I am mid fifties,recently I had a problem ,I am not getting erection, I tried several time . But still the same, Please tell me what kind of treatment Should i take...?Medical histories I have a Diabetic around 10 years, at the moment i am getting daonil 5 mg 2 times a day with 500 mg metfomin each time too .

As an Urologist, i can understand your concern.
As a diabetic, if it's uncontrolled,it can cause ED( erectile dysfunction).
You must get HbA1C,FBS and PP2BS,lipid profile,LFT and creatinine tested.
Consult an Urologist, to find out, if there's any organic cause for ED.
If not, then it may be a psychogenic ED. That'll need counselling.
Long term diabetics are known to develop ED, by around your age.
Such people do respond to Tadalafil, if there's no hypertension.
