Suggest Treatment For Excessive Hair Growth On Body

I'm a 19 yo old male. all my body hair is turning terminal its already black and visible on every area except the palms of my hands and the soles of my feet. Is there anything i can take that will lighten/reduce the color of my body hair? laser and electrolysis are not an option and manual hair removal methods are not a viable solution since the problem is so widespread please help this has ruined my life. I've heard positive things about dht blockers? please help.
