Suggest Treatment For Extreme Back Pain

Hi Doc, I have extreme left side middle back pain that hurts badly when I lay down. I hurt myself skiing off a 20 foot cliff and landed on a flat 2 weeks ago. Knocked the wind out of me, but recovered quickly. This back pain started showing up about 8 days ago and seems to be getting worse? Any ideas? Regards, Mark
