I would advise you the following: Consult a Gastroenterologist, get investigated for blood, thyroid and liver functions, urine and stool including culture and sensitivity . Ultrasonography of the whole abdomen. Colonoscopy. All these will give a proper diagnosis and gives proper plan of treatment to be followed strictly.
