Suggest Treatment For Eye Discomfort And Difficulty In Closing Eyes

Hi! i m from Philippines, i m just worried about my brother who has something is his eyes, just happened an hour ago. Please help me, his iris were not aligned with his sclera, i don t know how to explain what it is. He was to go to sleep until he scratch his eyes and then suddenly feels that his eyes is not flat, like his eye balls is getting smaller because of his iris. The arc of his iris surrounding sclera looks like higher than his eye balls. I don t know if its arcus senilis or what, cause i just search it from my search engine, but i m not sure with this, cause it just started an hour ago. Please help me now, my brother is getting a hard time to close his eyes, because of his tears from his left eye. he is very uncomfortable on he is going to close his eyes, because he feels something i can t explain when he tries to close his eyes. Thanks! ~hannah
