Suggest Treatment For Fatigue And Difficulty Concentrating

Hi. I am 23 years of age and weigh around 57. I have fatigue, weekness and i am usually unable to concentrate. I think i am anemic and also calcium deficient. I needed an opinion that 1. should i start sangobion? If yes then kindly let me know the dose and duration. 2. Should i use any calcium and vit E supplements along with it. 3. Should i get CBC and UCE done and then plan accordingly. I dont have any other co-morbids. Though i am oligomenorheic since three months and i have piles since three to four years

Hi welcome to HCM...

Don't start treatment just empirically without investigation....

Investigate your case with.....
1.CBC
2.Blood peripheral smear examination
3.Serum calcium
4.Vitamin b12 estimation
5.Thyroid profile tsh and t4

For that you have to take blood in EDTA and plain vaccute ...

According to cause further treatment guided ....

Ex.if calcium deficiency there than sachet given for that ...

If b12 deficiency than b12 injection needed ....

Take care ..

Advise : consult physician
