Suggest Treatment For Fatigue And General Weakness

I had a sudden fever today followed by extreme weakness in my limbs and felt the need to rest immediately. I also felt extremely thirsty. Earlier in the morning I had emptied my bowels else s several times but did not have diarrhoea. I no longer have a fever but feel very lethargic and tired.

It is mostly due to some sort of viral infection for which you can take antibiotic like droxyl-500 or zifi-cv after an expert opinion along with akilos-p or dan-p for fever and fatigue. Drink plenty of oral fluids and take cap omez or pantop empty stomach. For lethargy take some multivitamain tonic or syrup.
