Suggest Treatment For Fatigue And Leg Weakness

Hello. My mother is 77 years old. While her general condition is OK, on some some days she suddenly feels very weak (specially in the legs) and does not feel like doing anything except lying down. She feels exhausted but is not breathless. Yet on other days, she is quite chirpy and feels quite good. She has been recently put on amlodipin 5 mg and metoprolol 25 mg in the morning and amlodipin 2.5 mg in the evening in the evening for controlling her B.P., which is now about 150/70.

Can you advise on the reasons for such about turn in her day-to-day health and what needs to be done?

Thanks for your help.
