Hello

High SGPT may indicate liver injury. It may be due to many reasons like hepatitis, alcohol intake, altered lipid profile, medicines, auto immune causes etc.
High SGPT in your case may be due to fatty liver.
You may need few investigations like routine hemogram, random blood sugar, viral markers, lipid profile.

Fatty liver is a reversible condition.

You may need to change your diet and life style. You should avoid fatty food and go for brisk walk.

You may need to take few medicines after full investigations.

Get well soon.
Take Care
