Suggest Treatment For Fever, Sore Throat And Cold

Hi, I had what I assume was the flu for 3-4 days. My fever broke, and I felt fine, but have still held onto the sore throat (noticeable only when swallowing) and, after sleeping or napping, have yellow-green snot. I can often get amber-colored mucus from my throat when hocking. Now my eyes are a bit bloodshot with a bit of discharge (not a lot, and clear, but dries a bit yellowish - I assume this is conjuntivitus, but not bacterial) and I'm producing a bit of smegma. I am guessing this is a flu that went rogue and became a cold, and the discharges – both eye and penile – are simply my body's way of helping expel the virus, yes? I'm not – not have I ever been – sexually active, so I'm looking more for assurance that these symptoms together aren't cause for immediate alarm. Thanks.
