Suggest Treatment For Fever With Cold And Body Ache

Hi I m suffering from headache n runny since last week . It wasnot too bad but since last Friday I got high temperature and my leg and back hurts with a stiff neck . From Saturday night I started getting a chesty cough at night and Sunday whole day and it is getting worst . Now I cannot cough even my armpit ,ribs and chest hurts so bad it s unbearable .i can feel the muscles on that area are quite sore when I touch them . I have got sore throat and difficult to swallow anything . I feel so bad I Have been taking paracetamol and ibuprofen but not working . Trying to book appointments with gp but they don t have any appointments at all . I am usually a strong person but this time I have become so so week . Please advise me something that will work.
