Endocrinologist come back ina year .for nodule check ..3 weeks for more bloodwork..in the mean time I have lab values that are worrisome to me..platelets 427. Neutrophils 54. Lymphocytes 37%. Pathologist and Microbiologist 's  Response
Hello,

Fibroadenoma is treated by surgical removal so you need to consult your surgeon to plan surgery. The blood reports for TSH, platelet count and differentials for neutrophils and lymphocytes is within normal range. The neck swelling in throat needs to be diagnosed by radiological investigations. An aspiration cytology of the neck nodule may also be required under radiological guidance.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
